Here are some common problems and simple solutions.
“I can’t see my website.”

If you are using Apple Mail in OS X, then check the Advanced settings tab in your Account Preferences to make sure you aren’t leaving mail on the server. The first pulldown on that page should say “Right away”.
“I uploaded new files, but they aren’t showing up.”
Empty your browser cache, then reload the page, to make sure you aren’t viewing pages from cache.
“My site seems slow and so does FTP.”
Sounds like your connection provider, or one of the servers in between there and here, is having DNS and/or router issues. Do a traceroute to see where the problem lies, and send the results to info@dogbark.com. We can help you interpret, and tell you who to call.
